The Actions Document
is a point form
summary of all the
Blocking, Props,
Sets, Openings,
Entrances, Exits,
Endings, Lighting,
Sound and Visuals.
Players are still
required to read
their Blocking Assignments
for each Scene and
learn their movements,
dialogue tone and
characterization
for their parts.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Everyone is responsible
for reading the
Daily Updates (Dailies)
and following these
instructions.
Do not skip any
of them.
Also please note
that the Dailies
have a time notation.
When changes are
made following one
of the Dailies the
most current update
will apply.
If you have questions
please use the Information
form available rather
than make phone
calls or direct
emails.
The following documents
are the final
Blocking Assignments
for the performance.
They contain important
changes owing to
the configuration
of the venue and
stage where we will
perform the play.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT
to interpret the
Stage Diagrams without
first reading the

Scene Collation
- This document
tells you exactly
the scenes when
you are on stage
according to the
new Blocking Assignments.
the Scene Collation
document.
In some cases, scenes
have been upgraded
to give players
more time on stage.
Scene upgrades are
marked as xx, ??,
or ? An upgraded
scene does not add
more lines.
It means that these
players are now
on stage as part
of the scene.
Scene Schedule
- From now until
further notice we
will be rehearsing
scenes according
to a Scene Schedule.
There are THREE
Rehearsal groups:
A, B, C.
the Scene Schedule.
It means that each
of the remaining
rehearsals will
call for ONE OR
MORE of the Rehearsal
Groups. The
scenes in that rehearsal
group will be the
ones you need to
prepare for.
The groups have
been put together
so that two complete
scenes within the
group can be rehearsed
at the same time.
EVERYONE is still
expected to attend
all rehearsals and
work on their lines
or
practise
with others who
are available.
