Director's Notes
for 3 June - for immediate attention by everyone
As we get closer to our first Show date I will be posting regular Dailies here
to update you all on what is happening. The production of a Show requires
the coordination of many details. I will make brief points and also give direct
instructions. Please accept these requests as part of your commitment to the
performance and be willing to follow the lead. You are required to read the
Director's Notes and follow them. Please click on the link provided and print
out a copy. They apply immediately and are critical to the continuation of
our progress.

New Schedule for Rehearsal Sessions
Our Stage will be completed by noon on Monday 1 June. This gives up the
opportunity to hold what I am calling Rehearsal Sessions to work on specific
scenes and overcome a few problem areas. These Sessions are NOT OPTIONAL. There
will be exceptions and Players must let us know by sending in the Information Form
found on the Performing Now Page.
Your participation, no matter how small your part may be is a valuable contribution
to the Show as a whole. We need to work on these specific things in order
to be fully prepared.
June 1st.
Monday 6:30-9:00pm
This will be a "first look" at the stage. I will be working with
the Sets, Props and Extras to prepare them for their assignments. I would
appreciate it if those who could be there come out to watch and learn. I will need
Players to make the Session more realistic for the Stage Crews.
June 2nd.
